Injectable Aesthetics Business Unit Lead

Galderma is seeking a dynamic Business Unit Head for Injectable Aesthetics to enhance strategy, drive growth, and lead diverse teams at its Toronto office. This role focuses on commercial leadership and optimizing brand performance.
As the Business Unit Head at Galderma, you will oversee marketing, sales, and training functions for the Injectable Aesthetics sector. Your responsibilities include developing market strategies, managing revenue and budget, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will inspire and guide a high-performing team while shaping innovative commercial programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive overall strategy for sustainable growth and leadership
• Manage full P&L including revenue growth and profitability
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams up to 50 employees
• Design and implement innovative pricing and market strategies
• Build relationships with aesthetic physicians and key accounts
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in aesthetics marketing or sales
• Strong understanding of global aesthetics and market dynamics
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Minimum two years in marketing strategy execution
• Excellent data analysis and team management skills
Deliver impactful business strategies while leading the Injectable Aesthetics portfolio at Galderma's Toronto office.
