Job Responsibility:
Are you looking for your next exciting opportunity in the field of Veteran Wellness within a well-established company?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to fill a key position where you can contribute to a rewarding work environment focused on supporting veterans.
Key responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
-Organization and scheduling of appointments.
-Management and maintenance of member records, data entry and office maintenance.
-Support in the organization of events for members or the team (workshops, conferences, etc.).
This position requires:
-Excellent ability to solve problems independently.
-Efficient management of multiple requests simultaneously.
-Strong collaborative skills within a multidisciplinary team, with a particular focus on providing quality service to patients, many of whom have complex medical conditions.
-Ease in social contact and interaction with various people.
-Knowledge in pre authorizations and direct billing Blue Cross.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
Requirements:
-Planning and organizational skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Exceptional time management skills.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and an administrative role.
Additional qualifications appreciated:
-Knowledge of the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) program.
-Experience in a medical practice setting.
-Experience in third-party billing.

Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance and growth
