Lab Services Account Manager

C-Therm is recruiting for a Lab Services Account Manager with a strong background in chemistry, engineering, or laboratory environments. This position is ideal for an individual eager to apply their scientific knowledge and skills in a dynamic, customer-focused role. This position is located in our Fredericton, NB office.

What an Account Manager will do here…

The objective of the Account Manager is to execute key customer fulfillment and support activities to meet the needs of clients and customers, working directly with the Operations Team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as main point of contact for clients


• Updating and maintaining customer records on Salesforce CRM and other platforms


• Order fulfillment administration


• Introductory customer communication for initial technical support and general inquiries


• First-tier sales support, liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives as required


• Additional reporting, administration and tracking activities as required

What will make you the perfect candidate...

• Possess a keen interest in science


• Willing to learn a wide variety of skills and tasks related to technical subject matter


• Working knowledge of Excel and all basic MS Office programs


• Bachelor’s or College degree in any STEM field (BSc Chemistry or Engineering, Chemical Technologist, etc.)


• Written and Spoken Competency in English; Knowledge of a 2nd language a significant asset


• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills


• Highly organized and can work independently


• Strong attention to detail and results oriented
