About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Industrial Sales and Marketing, the Senior Commercial Analyst will help shape pricing strategies, analyze sales trends, and optimize marketing spend. You will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership by providing actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.

The successful applicant will:

• Develop, maintain, and refine pricing models for different customer segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and supply-demand shifts to adjust strategies.
• Test & optimize pricing frameworks for ecommerce, inside sales, and outside sales teams.
• Identify customer and product segments, allowing the sales & marketing teams to refine targeting.
• Use CRM data to analyze buying patterns and improve conversion & retention strategies.
• Support inventory forecasting by flagging stock levels ahead of potential stock-outs.
• Work with marketing teams to set KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Track and analyze advertising, sampling, and trade show ROI, making data-backed recommendations.
• Guide leadership on budget allocation and MROI maximization.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in analytical roles (corporate finance, consulting, accounting, software development, engineering, or similar).
• Strong analytical & modeling skills, including regression analysis and trend identification.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI, SQL, Python are assets).
• Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Ability to present complex data clearly and influence decision-making.
