Work Arrangement:
Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day with flexible scheduling
3 days per week in office

Responsibilities
Provide the HR Recruitment team support for acquisitions and dispositions including, but not limited to; recruitment support, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, drafting job descriptions, offers and employee communications, etc.)
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Conduct intake and regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Input and maintain employee records in Workday, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate at all times
Create, update and distribute all HR related reports and metrics as required ad hoc or outlined in the HR Recruitment reporting schedule
Analyze HR Recruitment metrics and communicate trends
Build strong relationships with client group at all levels of the organization
Act as a resource to stakeholders concerning internal recruitment policies and procedures
Participate in HR projects, if and when required
Other duties as required

Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is a definite asset
Understanding of acquisitions and dispositions is a definite asset
Knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation in Quebec and throughout Canada is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills
A professional yet personable demeanor
Ability to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
Must be proactive and take initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience working with Workday is a definite asset
Bilingualism* (English-French) spoken and written. *Oral and/or written interactions with internal and external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.)
