Sales Manager for Cabinetry Solutions

Located in Etobicoke and Mississauga, Ontario, this Sales Manager position is integral to the Cabinetry Department. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage the sales cycle, and maintain knowledge of cabinetry products. Your commercial expertise will be key in converting leads into profitable sales while adapting to the company’s innovative approach to solving housing challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Align sales strategy with customer priorities and growth objectives
- Convert leads and RFQs into competitive quotations and contracts
- Manage customer discovery and develop tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with dealers and contractors
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and sales activity reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years in business development or sales in cabinetry
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in design software like InDesign
