Lead the retail team at Scotiabank as a Regional Retail Sales Manager, driving profitable growth for the Prime & Scotia DealerAdvantage portfolios. Focus on developing client relationships and executing marketing strategies. As a Regional Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the dealer network in Quebec, including Montreal and Anjou. Your role focuses on developing tactics for business growth and maximizing client awareness of Scotiabank’s offerings. Increase client engagement while maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and dealers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to reach business development targets
- Manage team performance according to Seller Behavior Expectations
- Build and maintain dealer relationships in assigned markets
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales processes
- Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 3 years of sales management experience
- 2 years of direct sales experience
- Proficiency in financial analysis and credit adjudication
- Bilingual in French and English
