Field Team Manager - AbbVie Care
ABBVIE
Elevate patient support in Canada as the Field Team Manager for AbbVie Care. Lead a regional team to optimize strategies for exceptional healthcare solutions and patient journeys. As a Field Team Manager at AbbVie, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the AbbVie Care program. This role requires strong collaboration with a diverse field team as well as key stakeholders. With a focus on immunology and reimbursement strategies, you will drive initiative and excellence within your team and align operations with AbbVie's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field team operations and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with AbbVie's management and marketing teams
- Optimize resources and ensure cost efficiency of operations
- Develop KPIs and oversee performance evaluations
- Facilitate regional district meetings and training sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration
- Minimum five years' management experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
