We are looking for a Structural Project Manager/In Store Marketing reporting to Creative Director. The Project Manager will function as a key liaison between Design and Manufacturing in the Retail and Print Services division for TC. This position is responsible for the coordination of projects through client briefing & campaign development, quoting, planning & production, kitting & shipping.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of temporary and semi-permanent retail display projects, including print, décor, signage, and promotional materials for large-scale client programs
• Coordinate with Account Management, Innovation, Design, Estimating, and Production teams to review project requirements and develop production plans for approved prototypes and customer orders
• Ensure the accurate flow of project information, including estimates, production drawings, distribution lists, kitting reports, and related documentation
• Utilize Pace and other project management systems to initiate work orders and support seamless handoffs from planning through production
• Serve as the primary liaison between Production, Kitting, Shipping, and external suppliers, addressing daily project needs and production-related issues
• Manage projects for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and on-time delivery
• Lead project briefings and facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams
• Monitor project financials and coordinate final invoicing, ensuring all billable charges and project costs are accurately captured upon shipment
• Partner with the Innovation team on specialty projects, guiding concepts and prototypes through production and execution
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing business demands
• Proactively resolve production challenges while maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations
• Track project progress from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital print production, retail display manufacturing, project coordination, or a related industry
• Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications, Project Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Working knowledge of in-store marketing programs, retail display production, digital print processes, and print substrates
• Understanding of kitting, fulfillment, distribution processes, and creative workflow management is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with production specifications, technical drawings, and CAD files
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the confidence to address production challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and changing business priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and key clients
