Drive quality assurance as a Technical Information Associate at Natural Factors. This full-time position operates weekdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in QC practices. Natural Factors is seeking a Technical Information Associate focused on support for the Quality Control group. This role requires you to coordinate with departments on regulatory responses and evaluate raw material specifications. Emphasizing Continuous Improvement and Sustainability, the position plays a key role in product integrity and compliance with relevant health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Submit change controls for process/specification updates
- Maintain compliance with USP Dietary Supplements Program
- Update specifications for raw and packaging materials
- Create and manage Finished Product Specifications
- Organize stability pulls for sampling
- Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in science
- Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Awareness of pharmacopeial testing standards
- Experience in quality control documentation is desirable
