Elevate job evaluation standards for the Government of Nunavut in Iqaluit. As a Manager, you will drive organizational design initiatives and help shape workforce strategies. This vital role involves overseeing the Government of Nunavut's Job Evaluation and Organizational Design program, providing guidance to various departments. Collaborate closely with senior management while managing critical organizational design services. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the JE/OD program framework
- Evaluate position descriptions for consistency and accuracy
- Provide critical cabinet advice on reorganization proposals
- Manage and oversee job evaluation-related initiatives
- Facilitate training for Senior Management Evaluation Committee members
- Recognized degree in relevant fields like commerce or social science
- At least five years of related experience
- Two years in a management role required
- HR Management certification is a plus
- Understanding of Inuit culture and languages preferred
