Director of Job Evaluation and Employee Relations
Government of Nunavut
Work with the Government of Nunavut as the Director of Job Evaluation, Employee Relations, and Return to Work. Harness your HR skills to foster an inclusive workplace environment. This role requires extensive knowledge of human resources and financial management concepts. The Director will address collective bargaining necessities and develop policies aimed at effective employee relations. You will also evaluate and implement programs supporting employee reintegration and job evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and job evaluation strategies
- Analyze economic trends impacting labor compensation
- Develop and execute HR policy frameworks
- Facilitate collaboration and consensus within diverse teams
- Employ analytical reasoning to assess proposals and outcomes
- Proven experience in human resources and financial administration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in program development and policy assessment
- Ability to juggle substantial information effectively
- Experience leading initiatives in cross-cultural contexts
