Digital Skills & Arts Admin Intern

Are you outgoing, organized and want to improve your digital literacy?
The Alianait Arts Festival is seeking a Digital Skills & Arts Admin Intern. We want to train you to be a part of our online team!
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Intern will assist with the following tasks:
- provide administrative support including but not limited to: filing, data entry, office organization
- updating online platforms on a regular basis (Squarespace)
- developing content for Alianait’s social media (Facebook, Instagram) & biannual newsletter
- updating and organizing email lists (Mailchimp, Join It, Survey Monkey)
- booking travel and accommodations
- assisting the Alianait team with other general administrative duties and working on special projects as requested
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
- good organizational and administrative skills
- must be able to work well with a team
- must be flexible/adaptable and have multi-tasking skills
- knowledge of computers and online/social media platforms a bonus.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in the arts and Digital Media. Training can be provided. Hours are flexible.
