As a key part of the team, the Solutions Architect engages in pre-sales, matching Quantum products to customer needs. You will demonstrate technical expertise in areas like complex storage environments and help build long-term customer relationships. Your solid communication and presentation skills will shine as you support sales initiatives through effective demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct impactful technical presentations to customers and partners
- Articulate product interoperability with 3rd-party solutions
- Gather and analyze customer requirements for system design
- Create detailed architecture documents for the sales team
- Collaborate with Project Managers to implement solutions
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science and 8+ years experience
- Mastery of consultative sales processes in technical environments
- Robust knowledge of network topologies and storage technologies
- Expertise in media workflows and broadcast systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
