Enterprise Business Applications Director Role

Hammond Power Solutions

Lead innovation in business applications with Hammond Power Solutions as the Director of Enterprise Business Applications in Guelph, Ontario. Drive the strategy for enterprise application success across various business units.
In this critical leadership position, you will report to the Chief Information Officer and be responsible for the strategic management of the organization's enterprise application portfolio. Your focus will include application performance, modernization initiatives, and AI adoption to improve productivity and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define a multi-year strategy for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business leaders on technology investments
• Oversee the management of application lifecycles
• Lead modernization across key business systems
• Foster a culture of high performance in application teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise applications
• A degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience in manufacturing-focused sectors
• Expertise in enterprise resource planning systems
• Excellent communication and strategic skills
