Shape the finance and insurance landscape at Leisure Days Cornwall as a Finance & Insurance Manager, specializing in RV and marine financing. This full-time role emphasizes relationship development and adherence to regulations. In your capacity as the F&I Manager, you'll offer finance and insurance programs while ensuring customer satisfaction and departmental profitability. Your role involves securing appropriate financing solutions and training the sales team on effective service practices. Extended hours may be required to facilitate customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong customer relationships for finance offerings
- Negotiate with lenders for optimal interest rates
- Accurately process finance and leasing deals
- Comply with local and federal regulations
- Enhance interdepartmental referrals and cooperation
- High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory
- Experience in RV, marine, or automotive sales preferred
- Licensing recognized by MVDA is essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and computer literacy
