Senior Corporate Tax Analyst Opportunity

Excel at Equitable in the Senior Corporate Tax Analyst role, where you'll focus on compliance, reporting, and tax advisory in a hybrid setting based in Waterloo, ON. As a pivotal member of the Corporate Taxation team, you will oversee compliance requirements and support tax-related functions essential for sound financial decisions. Your expertise will guide businesses through tax complexities and ensure adherence to evolving regulations. Continuous improvement will also be a focus as you develop innovative solutions for tax processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure corporate tax compliance and accurate filings timely
- Prepare returns for corporate income, GST/HST, and more
- Assist with audits and provide detailed documentation
- Analyze legislative changes and report business impacts
- Maintain tax models and enhance reporting tools
- CPA or equivalent accreditation necessary
- 3+ years of tax-related experience expected
- Strong background in tax compliance essential
- Experience with regulatory audits required
- Ability to communicate tax implications effectively
