Strategic Insights Manager in Toronto/Montreal

Elevate decision-making as a Strategic Insights Manager in a hybrid role based in either Toronto or Montreal. Drive analytics within a dynamic financial services landscape while creating compelling narratives that foster organizational growth. You will lead enterprise-level analytics and reporting to support strategic initiatives, connecting data-driven insights to business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in analytics and a strong background in crafting executive-level presentations. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders will play a key role in shaping business priorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights
- Answer strategic questions with comprehensive analyses
- Create impactful presentations for stakeholders
- Manage dashboards using tools like Power BI
- Support adoption and generation of insights across teams
- Minimum 5 years in business insights or analytics in financial services
- Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; SAS or R is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective management of complex datasets and reporting requirements
