Results-Driven Marketing Coordinator for Events and Partnerships

Become an essential part of a vibrant marketing team focused on events and partnerships. Coordinate over 25 North American events while leveraging your creativity to support strategic initiatives and drive revenue. This role is designed for an energetic individual ready to dive into event coordination and partnership building. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will manage event execution from logistics to follow-ups, while fostering relationships with key partners. Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales to achieve pipeline targets and maximize event ROI. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics for 25+ marketing events annually
- Implement targeted pre-event and follow-up strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Support agency coordination for joint initiatives
- Track and analyze event performance metrics
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to take on hands-on responsibilities
