Advance aviation safety with SKYTRAC as a Structural Design Engineer in Kelowna, British Columbia. In this in-office role, you will lead structural analysis and certification activities for STC programs. As a Structural Design and Airworthiness Engineer, you will emphasize structural engineering expertise, focusing on aircraft modifications while ensuring regulatory compliance. Your contributions to concurrent STC development programs will be vital, and collaboration with avionics and systems engineers is key to delivering airworthy designs. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structural analysis for STC airframe modifications
• Develop and review certification deliverables and reports
• Prepare compliance documentation for TCCA, FAA, and EASA
• Support structural integrity verification through aircraft surveys
• Mentor junior engineers on certification processes Requirements:
• Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years in aircraft structural analysis
• Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility
• Proficiency in structural analysis methods (FEM/FEA)
• Solid knowledge of airworthiness regulations (FAR/CAR) Utilize your expertise to enhance SKYTRAC's aviation safety innovations.
