Calgary Structural Engineering Lead

Lead and expand the Structural Engineering division at a multidisciplinary consulting firm in Calgary, AB. Ideal for a senior engineer with a strong business development focus and leadership skills.

This position is targeted at a Structural Lead with 10–15 years in building consulting. You will have the opportunity to mentor a high-performing team, drive business initiatives, and ensure quality project delivery. A P.Eng. designation in Alberta is required, along with an entrepreneurial mindset to grow and establish client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead growth of the Structural Engineering division • Develop and mentor a high-caliber structural team • Drive client relationships and business development • Oversee project delivery and financial performance • Collaborate on diverse commercial and institutional projects

Requirements: • 10–15 years of structural design experience • Strong expertise in structural systems like steel and concrete • P.Eng. designation with APEGA • Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership aspirations • Existing Alberta client network is a plus
