The Opportunity
We are looking for a Mineral Land Agent to join our team in our Regina office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the mineral industry. This role is built for someone who wants to develop into a top-tier negotiator and take ownership of files, and unique projects. This position will be working alongside experienced agents on active acquisition programs, with clear expectations around growth, output, and progression.

Responsibilities
· Support and actively participate in mineral lease and acquisition negotiations
· Conduct mineral title review, ownership analysis, and due diligence
· Prepare offers and negotiation strategies
· Track and manage ongoing negotiations with a high level of organization
· Communicate directly with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
· Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within acquisition programs
· Represent Millennium Land Ltd. with confidence and professionalism

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Valid driver’s license
· Background in land, energy, business, or agriculture is an asset
