Financial Service Representative (Part-time)

We’re looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as a part-time Financial Service Representative in Regina! You will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. As a part-time Financial Services Representative, you will work 15-30 hours per week based on business needs.
Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry
A team player who takes pride in serving our members and creating exceptional experiences
High School Diploma
Experience in providing customer service
22.24 - $26.16/hour with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target
