Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibility:
Mr Bin Trucking Inc is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.* Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or person.* Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.* Process customer transactions and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.* Process Sales order with Oracle* Assist with resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.*Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions.* Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role.Proficient in using computer systems and office software.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English with customers, peers and management.Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends shifts.
Skills: Hardscape, Deck & Fence or other building material Product knowledge as an asset.Second language in Cantonese/Mandarin as an asset.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
