Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Specialize in technology sales, inside sales, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
• Work experience in a staffing agency is preferable
• With own drive is preferable
• Very good language skill in English
• Computer skills will be an additional qualification (Microsoft Office)
• Well knowledge in documenting and recordkeeping
• Must have an excellent social skills in handling clients
• Creative ideas to develop our business
• Good research skills regarding Recruitment business

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
