Senior Software Developer

iungo Software is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to support our expanding software platform and current project work.

This is a contract position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our team for the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical experience, practical problem-solving skills, and a thoughtful approach to building enterprise software for real business users. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and front-end development, with the ability to work across the full stack when needed.

Our software supports B2B and enterprise operations of all different types of business sectors, so it needs to feel clear, intuitive, and accessible for the people using it every day. We’re looking for someone who cares about usability, product quality, performance, maintainability, and delivering a consistent user experience.

What you’ll work on

In this role, you may be involved in:

• Building and improving front-end functionality using React
• Supporting full-stack development across existing and new platform features
• Contributing to B2B software used to support operational workflows, administration, reporting, and business processes
• Working with the team to improve usability, layout, design consistency, and product experience
• Supporting current contract project work and ongoing platform development
• Contributing to AI-related initiatives, including analysis, planning, development support, and implementation
• Collaborating with a small, focused team to solve practical software and business challenges

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Senior-level software development experience
• Strong expertise in React and front-end development
• Full-stack development capability
• Experience with JavaScript and Python
• Experience working with enterprise frameworks and business applications
• Experience building or supporting B2B software
• Strong understanding of usability, design concepts, layouts, and user experience
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, reliable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and good technical judgment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team

Strong assets

The following would be considered strong assets:

• Experience with AI development or AI-enabled software initiatives
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or operational/business management platforms
• Experience contributing to product direction, architecture, or technical planning
• Leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical team members
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset

Work arrangement

This is a London, Ontario-based opportunity. Full-time in-office work is preferred, though a hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. Candidates should be within commuting distance of our London office and available to work on-site 2–3 days per week. Fully remote arrangements are not being considered at this time.
