Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Manage and mentor project team members to encourage professional growth and performance excellence.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in both multi- storey residential projects and ICI projects.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- The ability to schedule jobs autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
