Workday Integration Architect

We are looking to connect with an experienced Workday Integration Architect for contract work. This is an opportunity to work on a complex, multi-year enterprise Workday program with a well‑established organization. If you have deep hands‑on experience designing and delivering Workday integrations at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and own the end‑to‑end integration architecture across a complex Workday program
• Define integration patterns, standards, and governance frameworks
• Lead integration discovery and requirements sessions with functional and technical stakeholders
• Oversee integration development activities and review technical deliverables
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systems
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation and integration specifications
• Support testing phases and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise integration experience, with 3+ years Workday‑specific
• Hands‑on experience with Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI
• At least one full‑cycle Workday HCM implementation as integration lead or architect
• Experience managing complex integration landscapes
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Workday integration certification is an asset
