Enhance HR operational excellence as a Senior Workday Specialist at OPTrust, focusing on automating HR processes. The role demands collaboration with stakeholders to ensure system efficacy and business alignment. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of HR Technology and Operations, alongside another Workday Specialist. Key responsibilities entail configuring and testing Workday systems, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining compliance through documentation and collaboration with the People Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Workday configurations for HCM, Absence, and Recruiting
- Conduct regression testing during workday releases
- Collaborate cross-functionally for requirement gathering
- Document business processes and maintain audit readiness
- Support Workday integrations with IT and external vendors
- 3–5 years of Workday experience required
- Preferred Workday Pro certifications
- Strong background in reporting and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in Workday Payroll (Canada) is a plus
