Workday Certified Data Conversion Consultant/Team Lead

As a Workday Data Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Data issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Data in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Data activities such as posting, bank transfer, and paychecks in Workday.
• Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year‑end reporting and other year‑end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on‑shore and off‑shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Data solutions to ensure all workstreams are cohesive and cross‑functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.

This is a hybrid role in Toronto and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

Here’s what you need:

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Workday Data conversion experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL experience (Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, and MYSQL/SQL).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if Associate’s Degree, equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• 4 years of Data Conversion experience.
• Strong understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics.
• Referenceable consulting‑based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep overall knowledge of information systems.
• Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint.

Compensation

Role Location Annual Salary Range

British Columbia/Ontario $69,450 to $119,450
