HR Employment Relations Advisor

Apply advanced HR expertise remotely as an HR Employment Relations Advisor supporting clients through complex workplace matters. Deliver advice by phone with confidence and sound judgment.
This advisor role provides commercially focused guidance across a diverse client portfolio. You will address everyday concerns, sensitive cases, terminations, disciplinary actions, and performance management. The work requires trusted relationships, practical recommendations, and current knowledge of employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex HR and employment relations matters
- Conduct consultations and recommend practical, compliant solutions
- Review documentation against employment law and contractual requirements
- Manage cases from initial consultation through resolution
- Document advice and interactions accurately in Salesforce
Requirements:
- CHRP, CPHR, or CHRL designation
- At least two years of HR or employment relations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization while managing multiple priorities
- Experience in KPI or target driven environments
Use employment relations expertise, clear communication, and sound judgment to deliver trusted remote client guidance.
