Labour Relations Advisor - HR Specialist

This full-time role involves leveraging your expertise in Labour Relations to support strategic initiatives, grievance handling, and workforce transitions. With a strong focus on compliance with collective agreements and labour laws, you will partner with management to mitigate misconduct and enhance workplace relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on collective agreements and legal rulings
- Interpret complex collective agreement language for practical implementation
- Prepare insightful reports and presentation materials
- Assist in investigating workplace misconduct under expert guidance
- Monitor grievance and arbitration tracking systems reliably
- 3-year university degree in HR, Labour Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in Labour Relations within a multi-union setting
- Proven skills in data analysis and report writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong confidentiality and sound judgment skills
