They analyse client needs develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce enhance employee engagement and drive organisational effectiveness.

As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy talent development rewards organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

• Partner with skilled PwC professionalsonhigh-profile client engagements
• Lead a variety ofHR engagements covering topics that include but not limited to HR Strategy Payroll Strategy & Transformation Organization Design Function Effectiveness and Design HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (including SAP Oracle Workday Dayforce other Payroll technologies) Workforce Planning People Analytics & Insights Job Architecture Skills Management Integrated Talent Management and AI in HR
• Utilize deep knowledge of future of work trends talent intelligence skills-based architecture skillsmarketplaceandlabourdata analysis to lead engagements on moving to a Skills-Based Organization
• Draw on hands-on experience with the shift to skills-based organization
• Utilize deep knowledge of Payroll technologyprocessesand operating models to drive payroll efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive the creation of innovative products accelerators and methodologies that define the future of HRand Payrollin the Agentic AI era
• Manage engagement economics oversee and deliver high-quality work and ensure delivery excellence
• Lead a wide range of business development activities to helpidentifyopportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads
• Keep up to date on trends across the talent and skills landscape sharing insights and contributing to thought leadership
• Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
• Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams
• Contribute to the development of your own and the teams technical acumen locallynationallyand globally as part of our network

What Youll Bring:
Your skills knowledge and experiences are what set you we look for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HRand Payrolltransformation services in multiple industries with proven contributions to HR function transformation in consulting or in-house roles
• Provenexpertisein spearheading initiatives related to talent intelligence skills-based architecture skills marketplaces andlabourdata analysis
• Demonstrated experience in one or more Workforce Transformation areas such as

• Payroll process design payroll processing payroll technology implementation and payroll operating model design and implementationshift to Skills-Based Organization such as job architecture talent intelligence skills-basedarchitectureand skills marketplace initiatives HR/PayrollAnalytics and Reporting Exposure to cloud-based HRand Payrolltechnology implementations (Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCMDayforce ADP other Payroll technologies) Applying generative AI and emerging AI-enabled HR/people solutions to organizational challenges

• Strongtrack recordof leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results while mentoring and developing future leaders
• Experience with assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts
• Strong client relationships driven by service excellence
• Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes
• Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• A strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts
• Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended
• Have already obtained orhavethe ability toobtain federal government security clearance
