- Administer HR functions and maintain accurate records
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support recruitment requests and invoice processing
- Coordinate HR meetings and training sessions
- Generate reports from HR systems as needed
- Diploma in Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in French and English
