Join a stable and growing mid-sized manufacturing organization where the finance function is at the center of operational decisions. This new position places you at the heart of production cost analysis, multi-site inventory control, and structuring projects, including a division incorporation and the implementation of SAP planned for 2027.

Responsibilities — concrete deliverables and expected impact

• Define and update cost calculations, including tracking aluminum redesign costs.
  
• Establish and maintain standard costs (time and costs) for inventory valuation and performance analysis.
  
• Control multi-site inventories, analyze variances, and enhance the reliability of production-related data.
  
• Improve bidding and comparison tools between production sites to support better-informed decisions.
  
• Oversee production statistics and produce action-oriented financial analyses for internal stakeholders.
  
• Analyze balance sheet items related to production and implement processes adapted to new operational realities.
  
• Contribute to strategic projects, including the incorporation of a division and the implementation of SAP (early 2027).
  

Profile sought — essential requirements and work style

• Hold the CPA designation.
  
• Have more than 5 years of experience, including a combination of financial accounting and management accounting.
  
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Master accounting standards and financial statements/reports (including the balance sheet).
  
• Use Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
  
• Work with functional English (predominantly French-speaking environment).
  
• Demonstrate rigor, curiosity, autonomy, discretion, and a sense of priorities in managing multiple files.
  

Conditions — compensation, schedule, and benefits

• Offer an annual salary between $90,000 and $115,000 (no bonus).
  
• Work 40 hours/week, during the day, with a flexible schedule (start between 7 AM and 9 AM; leave between 4 PM and 6 PM; 30 or 60-minute lunch).
  
• Enjoy a hybrid mode with 1 to 2 days of remote work per week.
