Corporate Financial Administrative Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

As our Corporate Financial Administrative Analyst , you will be the central coordinator for a variety of critical corporate functions, ensuring that filings, renewals, licences, insurance policies and fleet records are completed accurately and on time.

This role is well suited to someone who excels at organizing complex administrative work, managing multiple priorities, and keeping important deadlines on track. While financial analysis and accounting are part of the position, the primary focus is on administrative excellence, strong process management, and ensuring that critical details are handled accurately and on time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Corporate Administration & Compliance
• Manage and maintain corporate records, legal documents, contracts, and compliance files.
• Coordinate annual corporate filings, registrations, licence renewals, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor and manage compliance calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, external advisors, and service providers.
• Maintain government access platforms, including user profiles (MRQ & CRA)
• Maintain accurate tracking systems and documentation.
• Fleet & Insurance Administration
• Ensure fleet and insurance compliance requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, claims administration, and certificates of insurance.
• Maintain accurate insurance and asset schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA designation is an asset.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, compliance, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly organised and exceptionally detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through and reliability.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable owning administrative processes from start to finish.
