We are recruiting a Director of Philanthropic Development for a recognized, growing Quebec organization that has a concrete impact on youth.

This is a role for someone who loves to take charge , build strong connections , advance ideas , and create something sustainable . Here, you will not simply take over a well-oiled machine: you will actively contribute to evolving the function, structuring approaches, and supporting the next phase of growth.

What you will do

You will be at the heart of the organization’s philanthropic development. Your mandate will be to grow, diversify, and sustain revenues by implementing solid, human, and mobilizing strategies.

Specifically, you will need to:

• develop revenue related to major gifts, partnerships, campaigns, and events;
  
• create and maintain lasting relationships with donors, businesses, foundations, and strategic partners;
  
• structure the approaches, tools, and processes to support growth;
  
• work closely with senior management and internal teams;
  
• contribute to the organization’s visibility and the evolution of its philanthropic initiatives.
  

The profile we are looking for
