You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with donor journeys and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of annual giving programs and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for retention and acquisition
- Develop revenue growth strategies for signature events and community initiatives
- Drive corporate sponsorship strategies across events and campaigns
- Provide leadership and guidance to fundraising teams
- 7+ years in fundraising with a focus on annual giving
- Proven experience in multi-channel fundraising strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Valid driver's license with vehicle access
