Marketing Director for CTG Group
CTG Brands Inc.
Lead the marketing vision at CTG Group as the Director of Marketing. Oversee brand strategy, campaign execution, and internal team collaboration across CTG, Giftcraft, and Malinda. This strategic role demands a hands-on marketing leader with 8–12+ years in communications and brand management. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and manage relationships with external partners. Your leadership will shape effective marketing operations utilizing AI tools and driving performance across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve group marketing and communications strategies
- Define annual marketing priorities aligned with objectives
- Lead integrated campaigns for customer lifecycle
- Act as senior marketing partner to executive leadership
- Oversee creative briefs ensuring cohesive messaging
- 8–12+ years in marketing or brand leadership
- Experience in multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong creative leadership with teams and partners
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
