Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance): 10%. What you’ll do

• Build long‑term broker relationships through exceptional service and active engagement (visits, field underwriting, industry/marketing events).
• Underwrite moderate‑complex risks; analyze quotes, renewals, and policy changes; recommend innovative, data‑driven solutions.
• Coach and mentor the team to elevate technical underwriting and broker relationships; model a growth mindset.
• Drive process and workflow improvements to boost efficiency and best practices.
• Lead regional performance to meet service, production, and profitability goals.
• Apply disciplined pricing and underwriting within guidelines and authority.
• Quote, negotiate, sell, and authorize business to grow and retain profitable portfolios.
• Arrange reinsurance and/or subscription as needed to find solutions for our customers and broker partners.
• Maintain strong partnerships with brokers, reinsurers, and colleagues.
• Use systems for inquiries, filing, underwriting, and rating; champion tools that enhance speed and accuracy.
• Travel as needed to strengthen relationships and market insight.
