Lead critical hospital projects with the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group as a Project Manager. Utilize your expertise in project management to drive strategic initiatives while working in a hybrid model. As a Project Manager (PM) at The Royal, you'll oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration with flexibility, requiring frequent interaction with senior management, clinical teams, and external partners. You will implement project management standards and enhance project outcomes while addressing operational needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, risk registers, and management tools
- Monitor timelines and resource allocation for projects
- Collaborate with leaders to align project objectives
- Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts
- Engage cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
- PMP certification for project management expertise
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Health regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
