On cherche un(e) Brand Manager qui va prendre en main la marque Poches & Fils.
Tu seras le/la gardien(ne) de l’identité de marque et tu t’assureras de la faire rayonner.
Responsabilités #1 – Le Contenu
Nous accordons une grande importance à la création de contenu. On cherche des idées novatrices, ludiques, audacieuses. On offre un terrain de jeu assez fertile où presque tout est permis.
- Définir et maintenir la direction créative et le ton de la marque P&F.
- Définir et pilote la stratégie de contenu (Réseaux sociaux, infolettres, site web, stunt, ads)
- Création et suivi du calendrier de contenu (Contenu de marque, contenu publicitaire, promotions, lancement)
- Conceptualisation et production de contenu (Photo et viédo)
Tu seras appelé à être devant la caméra et faire du montage.
Pour les plus grosses productions, tu travaillera avec un vidéaste/monteur.
- Élargir l’offre de produit en : Prposant de nouveaux modèles de personnalisations. Lançant des cllaborations avec des artistes, d’autres marques, etc. Créatin de brief (Direction artistique) pour la designer graphique.
Responsabilité #2 – Amplification du contenu
- Stratégie, planification et gestion des campagnes Meta Ads et Google Ads
- Analyse les performances ecommerce et proposer des optimisations.
- Stratégie, planification et gestion du email marketing (Infolettre et automations)
Ce qu’on cherche
- Expérience en marketing digital et e-commerce. (Shopify ou autre)
- Expérience concrète en gestion de campagnes payantes : Meta Ads, Google Ads.
- Expérience concrète avec des outils de email marketing.
- À l’aise avec des outils comme Canva ou la suite Adobe.
- Quelqu’unde proactif(ve) et autonome : tu as horreur d’attendre après une to do list, tu vas à la rencontre des projets.
- Action-driven : tu préfères tester et itérer plutôt que de planifier à l’infini.
- Créatif(ve) : ça fait un bon bout de temps que tu aimerais exploiter toutes tes idées!
