Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Career Services Coordinator at St. Thomas More College (STM) plays a vital role in guiding students and new alumni through their career pathways by providing employment resources, support, and networking opportunities.The Career Services Coordinator develops strategic partnerships with the public and private sectors and non-profit organizations to identify employment opportunities for STM undergraduate students and new alumni. With practical knowledge of recruitment trends and labour market needs, the incumbent will promote relevant career opportunities and will liaise with STM undergraduate students and new alumni through workshops, presentations, and one-on-one information sessions. A particular focus will be to ensure a high-quality user experience and to develop and cultivate relationships with a broad range of employers and community partners. The incumbent must act in a manner consistent with the professional standards of confidentiality, ethics, integrity, STMs policies, procedures, and Values Statement.
