Customer-Focused Financial Service Representative

Join Momentum Financial Services Group as a Financial Service Representative to provide expert customer support and tailored financial solutions. This role involves assisting customers with lending products and maintaining accurate financial records. As a critical member of the Momentum team, you will connect with customers to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate services. With a focus on relationship building and sales, you will also be responsible for promoting products like loans and cheque cashing. Your exceptional customer service skills will guide clients toward successful financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Promote and process personal loans, credit cards, and cheque cashing
- Maintain accurate customer records and financial documentation
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in retail sales or similar role
- Customer service and cash handling experience
- Familiarity with POS transactions
- Strong sales and problem-solving skills
