As a key member of Salesforce's Sales Leadership Team, the Area Vice President will oversee the Financial Services Business Unit in Canada. This role demands an influential leader with extensive sales experience to develop and implement effective strategies. Your focus will encompass managing customer relationships and enabling the continuous growth of our Canadian Enterprise customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute the Financial Services sales strategy
- Lead a team of RVPs and AEs to manage complex deals
- Drive aggressive customer acquisition for revenue growth
- Maintain vital customer relationships and expand the Canadian base
- Ensure accountability and exceed sales quotas consistently
- 12+ years in software/application sales with CxO experience
- Proven overachievement of sales and revenue quotas
- Deep expertise in the Financial Services industry
- Strong recruitment and development skills for sales teams
- Excellent operational and analytical capabilities
