Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Remote

Drive impactful growth with Jonas Software as a remote Business Development Associate focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Source acquisition targets and build valuable industry relationships. In this pivotal role, you will join Jonas Software's team to identify, research, and develop acquisition pipelines across various vertical markets. You will leverage your strong business acumen and relationship-building skills to connect with founders and executives. Utilizing tools like Salesforce, you will track interactions and analyze outreach performance to advance opportunities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and map potential acquisition targets in software markets
- Execute prospecting campaigns through email and outbound calls
- Communicate investment strategies with professionalism
- Research industries for emerging opportunities and trends
- Maintain relationships with software founders and decision-makers
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or M&A sourcing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
