Change Management Manager at Scotiabank

Elevate your career as a Change Management Manager at Scotiabank in Toronto. This role focuses on implementing a robust Change Management Framework while coordinating global communications and strategies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee change management activities for Global AML and Global Case Manager projects. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and enhancing client relationships through a customer-focused culture. You will also develop presentations for leadership and coach team members to build capabilities effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion customer-focused change management initiatives
- Monitor and report on change management program progress
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams for effective communication
- Coach direct reports to enhance team performance
- Develop materials for leadership presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training/communications
- Strong knowledge of AML policies and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
