Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Organization Change Management Analyst to support organizational change initiatives and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will assist in developing change-management plans, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, preparing communications, and supporting training initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change-management plans for organizational initiatives.
• Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis and identifying impacted business groups.
• Help prepare stakeholder engagement plans, communication materials, presentations, and employee announcements.
• Support change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and adoption risks.
• Assist in developing and coordinating training materials, workshops, and employee learning sessions.
• Maintain change-management documentation, project trackers, stakeholder registers, and communication schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions with business stakeholders.
• Gather employee feedback and assist in assessing change readiness and adoption.
• Support the identification and tracking of resistance to change, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, HR teams, and communications teams to ensure consistent change messaging.
• Monitor participation in training sessions and maintain training completion records.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, business transformation, communications, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of organizational change-management principles and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare presentations, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with standard productivity and presentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to organizational change-management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, employee communications, or training coordination.
• Familiarity with change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.
• Relevant coursework or certification in change management is an asset.
