Scientist II for Biopharmaceutical Projects

Shape the future of medicine with Resilience as a Scientist II specializing in cell line development. This position requires strong leadership and expertise in therapeutic protein production. Resilience is looking for a Scientist II in Molecular and Cellular Biology to lead critical cell line development efforts. Your responsibilities will include designing mammalian cell lines for recombinant protein production while ensuring all processes adhere to cGMP standards. You'll also manage project timelines and foster collaboration between teams, enhancing our development capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage mammalian cell culture projects
- Guide the optimization of vectors and transfection procedures
- Oversee training for technical team members
- Execute lab experiments and compile technical reports
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings
- Expertise in recombinant protein expression and development
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Skilled in cell culture and genomic sequencing techniques
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
