- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner within Oracle systems
- Support and execute month-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the integrity of financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of journal entries and month-end close processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
